Q: Will YOU be our photographer? Who are you? A: Yes, I would be your photographer for 8-10 hour weddings and my photography partner, Rodney Curtis or I would be photographing the shorter packages. Yes, I'm real and you can usually find me hanging out with my family or somewhere outside playing.

Q: Deposit Requirements? A: 50 % retainer is required for booking all weddings. If you're booking a portrait session, there is no deposit required at this time, but that may be changing soon.

Q: Where are you located? A: I'm located in Troy, Michigan. My outdoor studio is all over the metro Detroit, Michigan area, so the vast majority of my portrait photography is within a 20 mile radius of Troy, Michigan, but I am happy to travel all over for my wedding photography. And don't look at this map too closely. It looks like it says "Mississippi" and it highlights "London". Apparently Detroit is just a tiny, unworthy of a name kind of place!

Q: Are you available for my wedding date? A: Check my availability calendar. It's up to date.

Q: How quickly will I hear back from you about your availability for my wedding date? A: I check my email many times a day, and my spam filter as well, and I respond right away to ALL queries, whether I'm available or not. I'm beginning to realize that my responses sometimes end up in your spam folders, so I'm now asking couples to include their phone numbers as well as their wedding date in their initial query so if I don't hear back from them after the initial contact, I can at least verbally confirm that I do have that date open (or not). Q: Do we need to set up a meeting with you before we can book the date? A: I'm happy to set up a time to chat either by phone or virtually with wedding clients according to your needs and comfort levels. If you are a wedding client and would like to set up a virtual meeting, I usually meet with clients M-TH in the evenings. I don't meet on the weekends since I usually have weddings and those days are reserved for the clients I'm photographing! I'm available for phone consultation at (248) 688-9294 or we can set up a Skype or Zoom meeting as well. Whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. If you really want to meet up in person, let's go for a walk or set up an engagement session so we can really get to know each other. Do you meet with portrait clients?
